Chickpea Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

A delicious cauliflower crust is the anchor for this unique and fresh pizza experience.


1 Each   Rich’s® 10″ Gluten Free Seasoned Cauliflower Pizza Crust
3 oz Yellow Curry
3 oz Villa Frizzoni® Pizza Sauce
3 oz Canned Chickpeas, Drained
1 oz Markon® Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 oz Markon® Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 oz Raw Cashews, chopped and coated W/ Villa Frizzoni® Olive Oil
1 Pinch Markon® Cilantro
1 Slice Markon® Lime


  1. Preheat oven to 450° F degrees.
  2. Mix the yellow curry and pizza sauce.
  3. Top the crust in the following order: chick peas, roma tomatoes, green peppers, cashews.
  4. Bake in oven for 3.5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
