2025 Supplier Summit Celebrates Shamrock Foods Suppliers

This year’s annual Shamrock Foods Supplier Summit hosted more than 230 valued supplier partners, gathering in the spirit of sparking new opportunities and accelerating growth.

Attendees enjoyed impactful business presentations and meetings, with an emphasis on new ideas and strategies to support restaurant operators and the foodservice industry, ensuring collective success.  

“We work with the greatest suppliers in the industry and are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with them and honor their excellence,” said Josh Burchell, Vice President Category Management for Shamrock Foods. “This annual event further strengthens our supplier partnerships and our shared commitment to our customers.”

 In all, 11 supplier and broker partners were recognized in different categories. The 2025 overall Supplier of the Year is Koch Foods, one of the largest integrated poultry processors in the U.S., focusing on innovation, continuous improvement and delivering its customers the highest-quality products. The 2025 Supplier Awards winners are as follows: 

Supplier awards are based on multiple criteria, including growth, service level, marketing support, and executive team engagement. A special award was also given to ProEgg/Hickman’s and Michael Foods for their heroic efforts in keeping Shamrock Foods in good supply of eggs throughout an incredibly difficult and volatile egg market.
