2 Fair Meadow® Eggs
⅔ Cup of Shamrock Farms® Milk
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Ingredients
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, desired spices and vanilla. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Dunk each slice of loaf cake in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in a pan and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
