Make the holidays delicious
Products from the Shamrock Family of Brands bring the flavor – and make your life easier. They’re carefully selected and continually updated to give you the convenience and value that helps secure your success. Here are three great examples.
Shamrock Farms® Heavy Cream
Our own Shamrock Farms heavy cream starts with pure, fresh milk from our family of local farms. We never add artificial growth hormones, ever. And it’s crafted using a hands-on approach that we’ve been refining for three generations.
Our rich and sweet heavy cream is as versatile as can be. Rely on Shamrock Farms cream for soups, stews and sauces. Customers will love the results! Like roasted chicken legs with mushrooms in a balsamic cream sauce. Cheddar and dill biscuits, lemon-blueberry scones, and scalloped potatoes (aka, gratin) also deserve real, high-quality cream. Be part of the all-day-breakfast boom with creamy quiches and other egg dishes.
Dessert, anyone? Whip our heavy cream for enticing toppings – fabulous, festive holiday flavorings include cinnamon, cardamom, peppermint and maple syrup. Shamrock Farms heavy cream also makes delightful ice cream, pot de crème and panna cotta in-house.

Shamrock Farms® Eggnog
Now here’s a holiday favorite that you can do much more with than sip. For signature sweet treats, include eggnog in buttercream frosting, ice cream, and cheesecake brownies. You can also use it to create tasty seasonal muffins, pancakes and waffles.
Of course, our eggnog is a wonderful beverage. Combine it with cream soda for a festive holiday punch bowl; dust with extra cinnamon or cocoa powder through a paper doily to decorate. Or, mix eggnog with coconut water and a splash of coconut milk, and sprinkle with finely shredded coconut.
With all of our Ridgeline Reserve, Gourmet and premium offerings, we source, roast and pack the coffee beans, ensuring better quality and consistency while maintaining a reasonable price. We bring passion, history and experience in making sure every cup you brew exceeds customer expectations for flavor, aroma and body. And today, coffee is branching out!
To start, use it for appetizers, as in fig-and-coffee compote on the cheese plate. Or to enhance black bean soup, chili and beef stew. Entrees are another great example where coffee boosts flavor. Strong coffee makes a great ingredient for marinating fish, chicken, pork and skirt steak – also for barbecue sauce. At the end of the meal, coffee in the recipe brings a unique twist to cakes and frostings, brownies and crème brûlée. Or use it to bring new excitement to classic béarnaise sauce, as recommended by Fabio Viviani.
Customized coffee drinks are increasingly popular, of course. Try offering a 50/50 blend of hot chocolate and coffee. Add peppermint for holiday appeal: voila, peppermint mocha. Even nutritious smoothies can use a little coffee – mixed in with the almond milk, banana, greens (such as fresh spinach leaves) and sweetener.
