  • 2 Cups Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream – As cold as possible! 
  • 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar 
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder 
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 


  1. Add all ingredients to a stand mixer bowl.
  2. Stir slowly for 30 seconds, then whisk on high speed until peaks appear. Do not over whip.  
  3. Garnish with mint, fresh berries, and dusting of powdered sugar.
