16 oz. Regal Crest Farms® Natural Reserve boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1”cubes
8 slices Prairie Creek® bacon
1 Markon® Red Onion, cut into 1” pieces
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp. Katy’s Kitchen® Sesame Seeds
1 tsp. Katy’s Kitchen® Black Sesame Seeds
1 Markon® Extra Sweet Medium Pineapple, sliced
Thread skewers in this order: bacon, chicken, onion, bacon. Repeat until skewer is filled and bacon wraps chicken.
Cook all skewers on an open-flame or flattop grill until browned. When bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through, brush all with teriyaki sauce. Continue cooking until it starts to caramelize. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with fresh pineapple slices.
