Orange Fennel Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
3 fl oz. Markon® RSS Orange Juice
4 tsp. White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Katy’s Kitchen® Fennel Seeds, crushed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Katy’s Kitchen® Ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp. Villa Frizzoni® Olive Oil

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except for olive oil in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil until fully incorporated.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
¼ cup Markon® RSS Lime Juice
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
½ cup Markon® RSS Cilantro
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
¼ tsp Salt
1 Markon® RSS Garlic Clove, minced
¾ cup Villa Frizzoni® Olive Oil

Preparation: 
Place the lime juice, white wine vinegar, cilantro, Dijon mustard, agave nectar, salt and garlic into a blender. Blend until smooth. With blender running, add the olive oil in a slow stream and blend until fully combined and slightly thick.

Grapefruit Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
3 fl oz. Markon® RSS Grapefruit Juice
2 ½ tbsp Katy’s Kitchen®  Mayonnaise
4 tsp White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Honey
4 tsp Villa Frizzoni® Olive Oil
1 tsp Katy’s Kitchen®  Poppy Seeds
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation: 
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Stir in poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
