4 Cups Markon®Triple Cleaned Baby Spinach

¼ Cup Prairie Creek®Bacon, Cooked & Chopped

¼ Cup Cobblestreet MKT.Bleu Cheese, Crumbled

¼ Cup Markon Red Onion, Sliced

½ Cup Markon Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

2 Each Fair Meadow®Hard-Boiled Eggs, Quartered

¼ Cup Katy’s Kitchen®Honey Mustard Dressing

*Yield: 2 Servings


1. Place the spinach into a serving bowl.

2. Top with the bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, red onion, cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled egg and Intros Breaded Whole Mushrooms.

3. Serve with the honey mustard dressing.
