1 Pkg Pierport Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
½ Cup Kimchi
½ Cup Katy’s Kitchen® Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Wasabi Powder
1 Tsp Water
1 Tsp Mirin
1 Cup Wakame Seaweed Salad
Nori, for garnish
Black & White Sesame Seeds, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine the wasabi powder and water, and mix into a paste. Then add the mayonnaise and mirin to the bowl and stir until fully combined. To assemble, place a small amount of kimchi on 1 slice of seared ahi tuna and roll the tuna around it. Secure with a pick. To plate, place the roll atop a small bed of seaweed salad and drizzle with wasabi aioli. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
