Ready to impress guests with No-Leaf salads? There are many delicious no-lettuce salad ideas that you can add to your restaurant operation menu. Get inspired with these seasonal options to add to your menu.

Traditional Greek Salad

Combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.

Elote salad (Esquites)

Start with grilled corn kernels, then add in cotija cheese, scallions, cilantro and toss in a chile-lime mayo dressing.

Classic caprese salad
