We use the best, to deliver the best. Our full line of Duroc pork comes from small farms raised in comfortable environments and fed for optimal cooking performance and meat characteristics. We’re not fans of fake – that’s why we don’t use artificial ingredients, coloring or preservatives. To top it off, our products are minimally processed to produce the freshest, most natural and flavorful pork available.
The Duroc breed is renowned for its superior muscle quality, with results in richer marbling, juicy texture and rich pork flavor. Our Duroc hogs are bred, born and raised on family-owned and operated farms using a proprietary feeding program, which results in less shrink and cook loss.
Environment is everything. Each pig is raised in comfortable, environmentally stable facilities that reduce stresses which in turn affect muscle quality. The end product is the highest-quality pork with a bright reddish pink color, a higher pH, and a greater percentage of marbling.
This level of quality from farm to harvest allows us to provide you a variety of custom-cut gourmet pork, such as loins, ribs and chops, to fit your menu needs. We also offer dry aged Ribeyes and Porterhouses, imparted with intense pork flavor and a steak-like bite. We take our pigs seriously, and believe in serving you the best pork you can get your hands on.
