Cinnamon Sugar Candied Nuts

These cinnamon-sugar, candied, mixed nuts are additively crunch, crowd-pleasingly sweet, and wonderfully simple to whip up.

    1. Add the mixed nuts to a large bowl.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract until just frothy.
    3. Toss the egg whites into the nuts until all are coated.
    4. Mix both sugars, salt, and cinnamon.
    5. Toss with nut mixture until all is mixed and coated.
    6. Lightly spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
    7. Add in your nuts.
    8. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring frequently.
    9. Once done cooking, spread the nuts onto a parchment paper-lined tray or baking sheet and let cool and set.
