Take inventory of the following to-go essentials:

    Begin concepting to-go menu offerings & merchandising for:

    • Food That Travels Well: Deviled Eggs, Fruit Salad, Cinnamon Rolls, Quiche
    • Meal Kits: Family-Style Breakfast/Brunch Boxes – eggs, bread, berries, cinnamon, option of bacon, sausage, orange juice and champagne – include recipes for Strawberry Malt French Toast Casserole and Mimosas
    • Building a Focused Menu: Use ingredients you already have to create a reduced menu for extra cost savings
    • Decadent Desserts: Dessert in a mason jar, homemade pies, cookie decorating kit

    Week of April 19 – 25

    • Finalize your to-go menu items & costing

    • Set up social media ads/posts promoting Mother’s Day with a link to reserve your special to-go boxes

    • Update your online menu across all relevant sites

    • Contact your previous reservation lists to let them know about your specials

    Week of April 26 – May 2

    • Continue posting on social media about Mother’s Day

    • Check-in with your Shamrock Foods Sales Representative about your order

    • Update any street-facing signage with special menu & call-outs

    • Plan for any additional staffing you’ll need for pick-up and delivery windows

    Week of May 3 – 9

    • Continue posting on social media about Mother’s Day

    • Confirm all customer orders

    • Place orders
