Culinary Creativity Takes Center Stage
Brooke Williamson is a celebrated Los Angeles-born chef, restaurateur, and winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 14 and Food Network’s Tournament of Champions. She is known for her vibrant, vegetable-forward cooking, culinary creativity and deep connection to Southern California’s ingredients. Launching her culinary career at 17, she trained under top chefs and co-founded acclaimed restaurants including Playa Provisions. Her debut cookbook, Sun-Kissed Cooking: Vegetables Front and Center, reimagines produce as the star of the plate.
A familiar face on Culinary Titans on Food Network’s Bobby’s Triple Threat, Brooke has served as a judge on culinary shows like 24 in 24, Chopped, and Guy’s Grocery Games. Brooke is also a passionate advocate for causes for No Kid Hungry and draws inspiration from gardening, family, and the local bounty that fuels her innovative cuisine.
