Ready-Set-Serve Bistro Butter Blend Salad with Hot Honey Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- ¼cup Avocado oil
- 1 clove Ready-Set-Serve Peeled Garlic
- 2 tbsp Markon Ready-Set-Serve Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Hot honey
- 1 tsp. Katy’s Kitchen Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. Katy’s Kitchen Black pepper
- 16 oz. Ready-Set-Serve Bistro Butter Blend
- 2 Markon First Crop Fuji Apples, sliced thin
- 2 Markon First Crop Peeled Shallots, sliced thin and fried until crispy
- 4 oz. Goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
Pulse the first seven ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Hand-toss the Bistro Butter Blend with the dressing.
Artfully arrange equal portions of Fuji apples, fried shallots, and goat cheese on top of the Bistro Butter Blend tossed in dressing and serve.
