Panna Cotta
Ingredients
Yield: 36oz of Panna Cotta (6 servings of 6 oz each)
- 32oz Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream
- 8oz Shamrock Farms Whole Milk
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Goldbloom Gelatin Sheets
- 2 each Vanilla Beans-Whole Split
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring the Shamrock Farms Milk, Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream, sugar, and split vanilla beans to a boil.
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Add the gelatin to the milk mixture and dissolve gelatin.
- Strain mixture through a chinois and separate into 6 ea. 6oz. glasses.
