½ MFC Honeydew
2 MFC Oranges or limes, cut in half and hollowed
¼ C MFC Opal Basil or Thai basil
Using a melon baller, scoop out as many spheres as possible from cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon. Arrange artfully inside orange or lime “cup” and top with leaves of basil. Serve extra melon balls on side.
