Building Our Heritage Burger
We started with 80/20 Gold Canyon Premium Angus Chuck, ground from whole muscle pieces of USDA upper 2/3 Choice beef. Then, we added in ground Gold Canyon Premium Angus brisket for an even more intense beef flavor. Selected from a superior supply of Angus cattle that meet ten quality specifications, this combination delivers a perfectly juicy and flavorful bite.
As an indulgent finishing touch, we mixed in Gold Canyon Premium Duroc pork belly. The Duroc is a heritage pork breed known for superior marbling and flavor. The addition of pork belly to this burger elevates the experience even further, truly setting it apart from those of a lesser lineage. Available for only a limited time, these 7 oz. patties come in our Gourmet Rolled style, so they have a looser, more tender bite and hand-formed appearance and texture.
We brought the Heritage breeds of Angus and Duroc together to create a unique culinary experience that is representative of the understanding, creativity and innovation is takes to succeed over a century – a fitting way to celebrate Shamrock’s birthday.
