SHAMROCK FOODS 4TH ANNUAL CHEF MASTER COMPETITION WITH ENSIGN BANDERA
Ensign Bandera, home to senior living locations throughout Arizona, hosted their annual Chef Master competition in June. The competition challenged participants to use secret ingredients to create delicious entrees and desserts that were fit for their senior living communities. Local judges with healthcare backgrounds sampled each dish to determine which chefs would advance to the dessert round for the chance to win the Chef Master title. Here is a look at the winning entrées featuring fresh produce from Markon, tasty spices from Katy’s Kitchen, high-quality meats from Gold Canyon Meat Co., and pure, fresh dairy from Shamrock Farms.
