Ingredients
- 16 ounces Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 16 ounces Shamrock Farms cream cheese
- 32 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces crumbled bacon
- ¼ cup Katy’s Kitchen® Ranch Style seasoning mix
- ¼ cup chopped chives (or green onion or green chiles)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Fold in cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning mix, and chives.
- Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover, and chill for at least an hour. The longer you let it sit, the more the flavors will meld.
- To serve, portion into ramekins and warm in an oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with veggies, thick cut potato chips or French fries.
