Making the urban scene means serving the entire menu
until midnight, 7 days a week – and it’s paying off.

Most restaurants in the Catalina Foothills would shutter at 9 p.m.,
and that was always frustrating to
me as a diner,” says Steve Stratigouleas, co-owner of Tucson’s
union public house
and Reforma
Cocina & Cantina.
Extending the hours isn’t the reason he bought into Union Public House in 2011, but it’s likely one
reason this restaurant has succeeded where others have failed in the same location. Stratigouleas
came on board with Grant Krueger, who’s been in the restaurant business since age 14, as staff and
as an owner of venues in Mexico and Tucson. Thus the passion for authentic Mexican flavors.
