We use a variety of different Shamrock brands. We find the value and quality to be great, in particular the High Oleic fry oil is fantastic, it reduces wasted time cleaning greasy gunk from walls and surrounding areas, lasts almost a full week, and food always comes out looking great.
Using quality ingredients that are ready to use out of package in our kitchen saves a huge amount of time. We never have to worry about product quality, it's always great and our kitchen staff and our guest appreciate it!

The John Day/Canyon City Parks and Recreation provides Free meals throughout the summer to the youth in our community, having a distributor who is not only reliable, but kind and conscientious to the needs of this program as well as our rural location is invaluable.
We love the chef approved products we use the Jensens Oil for all of our frying needs and the Villa Frizzoni Mozzarella for our mozzarella hotdogs and katy's kitchen for most of our sauces.
