1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Add red bell peppers and cook and stir for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender and slightly blackened.
2. Stir in corn and Culinary Secrets Smokey Mesquite Seasoning. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until corn is tender. Sprinkle with cilantro and keep warm until service.
3. Combine orange juice concentrate, bourbon, brown sugar, oil and Culinary Secrets Smokey Mesquite Seasoning in a small bowl.
4. Grill or broil pork chops for 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F, brushing frequently with orange mixture. Serve with Mesa corn.
