2 lb Canned Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed and Drained 1 lb Canned Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained 4 oz (1 cup) Diced Celery 6 oz (2 cups) Red Bell Pepper, 1/8-inch diced 6 oz (2 cups) Green Bell Pepper, 1/8-inch diced 4 oz (1 cup) Red Onion, 1/4-inch diced 1 tsp Culinary Secrets Minced Garlic 1-1/2 tbsp San Pablo Lime Pepper Seasoning 1 tsp Culinary Secrets Ground Cumin Seed 1/2 cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup Lime Juice 3 tbsp Olive Oil |
| Preparation: |
1. Combine garbanzo beans, black beans, celery, peppers and red onion in a large bowl. Whisk together garlic, San Pablo Lime Pepper Seasoning, cumin, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
2. Pour dressing over bean mixture; stir well to combine.
For best results, chill at least one hour before serving.
