Ingredients:
8 slice Tuna steaks, 6-8 ounces
1/4 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
4 tsp Culinary Secrets Lemon Pepper
Pesto Mayonnaise:
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp Culinary Secrets Basil Leaves
1-1/2 tsp Culinary Secrets Garlic Powder
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation:

1. Lightly brush tuna steaks with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle Culinary Secrets Lemon Pepper evenly on both sides of the tuna steaks.


2. Grill or broil until tuna reaches desired state of doneness. Serve with Pesto Mayonnaise.


3. To make Pesto Mayonnaise, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Culinary Secrets Garlic Powder and Whole Basil Leaves. Drizzle in olive oil. Chill one hour to blend flavors before serving.
