2 gal Chicken broth
40 Wontons*
1 Pinch pepper
1 oz Soy sauce
Scallions

| Preparation: |
1. Heat chicken broth, add white pepper, soy sauce and scallions for color.
2. Add frozen or thawed chicken wontons to hot broth. (wontons are fully cooked and will heat up in broth within 15 - 20 minutes.)
Serves 25 10 ounce bowls
