1. Combine brown sugar, Culinary Secrets Seasoned Salt and Crushed Red Pepper. Rub thoroughly onto both sides of ribs. Place on shallow sheet tray.
2. Cover ribs. Roast at 300°F for 2 hours until ribs are tender and browned.
3. Combine maple syrup, orange juice concentrate, Culinary Secrets Crushed Red Pepper and Culinary Secrets Seasoned Salt.
4. Uncover ribs and brush with glaze; bake additional 30 minutes until ribs are well browned.
