4 oz Wild Rice 1 oz Olive Oil 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped 16 oz Mushrooms, sliced 2 oz White Wine 16 oz Simplot Classic Simply Sweet Cut Corn 16 oz Simplot Culinary Select Edamame 10 oz Tomato, concasse 2 tbsp Tarragon, fresh, chopped 1 tsp Black Pepper, coarse grind 1 tsp Salt 1 oz Green Onions, bias sliced
Preparation:
1. Prepare the wild rice according to the package directions.
2. Saute the olive oil, garlic and mushrooms over medium high heat.
3. Add the white wine and continue cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Add the corn, edamame, tomato and wild rice, heat through.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the tarragon, pepper and salt.
6. Garnish the finished dish with the green onion slices.
